Direct payment
Full payment is preferred. A minimum 25% deposit may be arranged with the team, who will confirm the balance deadline and booking terms.

When can I check in?
Check-in is from 3pm to 9:30pm; check-out is from 8am and no later than 11am. All times are Thailand time. Tell the team your expected arrival time and arrange any late arrival in advance.
Which room suits my group?
Rooms 1, 2, 4 and 5 accommodate up to two guests each. Room 3 has a double bed plus a single bed and accommodates three. The direct-only loft accommodates up to four; the fan room accommodates two. Ask the team about loft and fan room layouts before confirming.
How do I arrange a direct stay?
Send your dates, guest count and room preference to our shared team on WhatsApp. Full payment is preferred. An agreed deposit must be at least 25%; the team confirms the total, balance deadline and cancellation terms. An enquiry does not reserve a room.
Are children welcome?
Children of all ages are welcome, within the room’s maximum occupancy. No cots or extra beds are configured. Ask the team to confirm any child charges for your chosen booking.
What are the house rules?
Smoking, pets and parties or events are not permitted. WiFi in the rooms is free. Please ask the team about quiet hours before your stay.
Can you help me get to Koh Chang?
Coastal Travel & Tour can help plan arrival transport, activities and onward travel. Their team confirms current routes, times and prices separately.
Does Sleep Inn include Beach Jungle facilities?
Sleep Inn and Beach Jungle are separate properties. Ask the team about any arrangements with our sister property; Beach Jungle facilities are not included automatically.
