Arranging a stay

This website provides room information and prepares enquiries. Availability, prices and booking terms are confirmed by our team. Sending an enquiry does not hold a room. Online reservations and payments are not enabled.

Booking.com and direct booking terms

Based on Sleep Inn’s Booking.com configuration reviewed on 12 October 2026. The Standard Rate allows free cancellation until 30 days before arrival. Cancellation in the 30 days before arrival, or a no-show, is charged the full reservation total. Booking.com facilitates full prepayment before arrival for its bookings. The conditions shown with your chosen rate apply.

For direct bookings arranged through WhatsApp, full payment is preferred; an agreed deposit of at least 25% may be arranged. The balance deadline, cancellation terms and deposit refund treatment must be agreed with the team before payment. The Booking.com Standard Rate policy is not automatically a direct-booking policy.

Check-in is 3pm–9:30pm and check-out is 8am–11am, Thailand time. Please advise your arrival time in advance. Children of all ages are welcome; children aged 4 and under stay free under the listed child policy, subject to room occupancy. No cots or extra beds are configured. Smoking, pets and parties/events are not permitted. WiFi in the rooms is free.

The listing’s quiet-hours window is awaiting clarification. Date-specific prices and availability must be confirmed before booking. An enquiry creates no travel commitment.

Your information

Enquiry drafts keep their values only in browser page memory. They do not submit to a server, save locally or create guest records. Choosing “Review in WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with your enquiry text; you decide whether to send it, and WhatsApp’s privacy policy applies. No analytics, social embeds or advertising trackers have been added.

External services

The Guest Portal, Coastal Travel & Tour, Koh Chang Compass and Beach Jungle operate separately. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you follow a link. Sleep Inn portal compatibility and reservation linking are unverified.

Community & creative enquiries

Joining a community is voluntary. WhatsApp community membership can reveal a phone number to other participants; a Sleep Inn invitation remains pending. Collaboration enquiries require individual review and never guarantee accommodation or compensation.

Imagery

Property photographs were sourced from Sleep Inn’s Booking.com listing with the owner’s permission. Room photos show the identified room and may not represent other layouts. Coastal imagery depicts the destination. Rooms without a verified photograph retain an explicitly labelled placeholder.
